Rorik and Duct Tape and Plastic.  Oh, my!

Gaps and undercuts in the mold had to be carefully taped over so that the melted plastic wouldn't get permanently stuck in a crevice.  Despite rumors to the contrary, no human being was ever actually duct taped into this machine.
